General Expectations:
- Please pick your wristband and register for your contests at registration.
- Please remember to wear your wristband all weekend – our door volunteers may not know who you are
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for all judging assignments and on-time for your workshops.
- Workshops (unless specified) are 50 minutes long
- In general, please dress professionally (no jeans or sweatpants) and please refrain from drinking alcohol during your professional responsibilities.
Airport Pickup
If you contract includes airport pickup, your drivers will be contacting you early next week.
Judges Schedule
Judges schedule – please look and if you see any issues. If you do, please send a note immediately to chief judge Robert Cordoba or Contest Coordinator Leah Noparstak so we can work on adjusting the schedule now and not on site.
Dress Code
Dress professionally for all judging assignments, i.e. no jeans, t-shirts, or similarly casual dress.
Champions JNJ (Friday night) – please do not wear jeans, sweatpants, or similarly casual dress.
Hospitality
If you have contracted for hospitality, the location for meals (except Saturday lunch) is the MAIZE ROOM which is on your way to the main ballroom. LUNCH for Saturday will be in ROOM 2321 just up the stairs. See the hospitality link for more details.
Getting Paid
Andy Pakan is the event Accountant, please find him on Friday or Saturday in the office in order to get paid on Sunday. EVERYONE will need to complete a new W-2 to get paid.
All American
All American is on Sunday this year. Registration is FREE for staff and you have already been registered depending upon your contract.

Video Policy
Attendees can video anything they want – including recaps at the end of the workshop. For workshop intensives, videotaping is up to the discretion of the instructor(s).

Late Checkout/Room Expenses
Checkout is at 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, the hotel will not give us late check out for our staff rooms (no matter how many times we ask). If you call them, they will usually extend it to 1 pm. Other than the room night(s) plus taxes that we’ve agreed to, you are responsible for all incidentals and extra room nights.
